Musical styles or qualities that I do not like: Undigested imitations, everything too predictable and straightforward, noise-for-the-sake-of-noise, fruitless experiments, pretentious quasiprog (Marillion etc.), soulless fusion, quasiethnic RIO, debilic pop. Krautrock, most of the time.
Occupation(s): Undergraduate student at St-Petersburg State University majoring in Tagalog philology. The main subject of my studies are Philippine musical instruments, especially those associated with performances of epics. I also provide language acquisition help for foreigners in St-Petersburg on a private basis.
