Other styles/genres/qualities of music that I like not listed above: Huge jazz fan with an out of control collection. I've come to really enjoy the Radiohead/Muse indie modern pop style as well.
Favorite or well-respected bands/artists Too many to list, but some of my favorites of the last few years that have really driven me forward include Embryo, Soft Machine, Aka Moon, and Steve Coleman.

Musical styles or qualities that I do not like: "Prog epics" that are 10 minutes too long. Artists that wear capes that drag on the floor. Drummers with three legs.

Other musical activities: Primarily collecting "outside" music like progressive rock and jazz. I have a keyboard, but don't get around to playing much. I host a show called Interzone on Aural Moon each week.
Hobbies / obsessions: Watch TV shows like the Simpsons, Cheers, and MASH over and over. Also like sports and fantasy sports, but love and play football.
Other comments: I hate the word "Prog", and any fan's obsession with labeling everything as such. :-)
