Heavy, psychedelic krautrock bordering on hard rock at times. Obviously they are aware of the fact that the vocals are not their strongest point, so there are very few vocals and lots of spacey, guitar-dominated jamming. Centerpiece of the album is the 14 minute "Dirty Yellow Mist," essentially a long, drawn, Pink Floydian ("One of These Days") guitar trip clouded in psychedelic haze. Not very complicated or sophisticated, but a very enjoyable album of heavy space rock.
