Frenetic avant-fusion progressive. I believe the vocals are
equally influenced by Elvis and Tarzan. The music is highly
original, though it has hints of Cobham's Spectrum or early
Mahavishnu Orchestra. For those who are squeamish of the
vocal style, they are not as "out-there" on this album.
This is perhaps the best album to start with.

Refined symphonic music with touches of classicism and folk.
The vocals are laidback and sound very nice, reminding of the
vocal style of groups like Camel, Celeste, or Asia Minor. The music
is also comparable to those bands. The album has a wonderful
fairy tale ambience to it, with overlayed melodies on flute,
cello, synth, guitars...

A very fine album with all of the elements that makes
Italian progressive rock great. There are some folk rock
parts in the style of early Tull, some dark passages
reminiscent of King Crimson or Metamorfosi,
some jazzy elements, and of course,
lots of classical influence. I am not real crazy
about the vocals, though. At 1:54 into the song
"Un Palco di Marionette", it sounds like he sings
"bla bla bla".

I found the music on this disc to be closer to mainstream rock
than to other progressive rock albums of the time. But, it is
done very well. Many of the songs are in a rock ballad format.
The guitarist exhibits a Martin Barre influence at times. The
album has guest appearances by members of Circus 2000 and Delirium.
It is a pleasant album, but, far from challenging.

Here is an Italian prog band that has opted for the British
hard-rock/prog style rather than the classically influenced
progressive rock typical of other Italian prog bands.
One of the most apparent influences is early Gentle Giant,
particularly _Three Friends_. I can also hear elements of
Deep Purple circa Fireball.

Sometimes dark and atmospheric with orchestral strings. The
album has a large room reverb atmosphere, with impeccable sound
quality. This band seems to eschew all standards of song structure
for an original artistic expression. There is no representation track
because it covers many different moods and sounds. The first song
is like a cross between Iron Butterfly and Igor Stravinsky.
