This is from Fermata's first album, which is now available as a
2-on-1 CD with their 2nd album "Piesen Z Hol" (Songs from Ridges).
This Czech band offers a completely instrumental prog/fusion that is
reminiscent of bands like Finch and Fusioon.

This is a solo effort by Solaris' flutist Kollar Attila. The band
consist of the entire Solaris crew except for the keyboardist.
If you like Solaris, then you will enjoy this release, too.

SBB, from Poland, are a mostly instrumental band.
There is a definate Mahavishnu Orchestra influence. The bass is
heavy and mixed loudly, similar to Magma. They became a bit more
symphonic on later albums.

East plays a symphonic music with some fusion touches. To me, the music
sounds similar to late 70's Camel and FM. This is East's first album.

Solaris is an instrumental symphonic band. They create a modern symphonic
which is very polished, with digital synths, flute, and guitar that
has a slight metal touch. This album is almost universally praised.
Certainly one of the best releases of the 1980's.
