Fantastic instrumental prog. Much of the music reminds me of the American
group Spirit, especially from the album _Clear_, with lots of acoustic piano,
organ, and fuzz guitar. All 3 of their albums are out on a very limited (500
copies) CD box-set. Luckily I just scored a copy :-) Some of the music
reminds me of Popol Vuh with washes of layered piano with great extended
guitar solos. Highly recommended, if you can find it.

A very interesting album by this female clarinetist, singer and song-writer.
Much of the album are short songs of voice, clarinet and other incidental
instruments. I find this to be a very captivating album of compositions
from a very imaginative soul. I would LOVE to find more by her, but an
extension search of the internet gave me no leads. Any Brazilians out there
know anything about her? The album has about 25 guest musicians playing all
sorts of instruments making for a very diverse album. Since most of the
songs are very short and very different, I have included 2 songs here.

Well this is not really the stlye of music that I look for in prog.
This is pretty standard neo/symph prog. It is decently played, but,
it's just not my style. Next...

This is mega-monster-mondo-rare album. And it is truly a shame because it
is an utterly fantastic album of psyche/prog/folk. There are layers of
ethinic percussion and other instruments. The mood of the album is almost
other worldly or more like being in some secret beautiful place. The vocals
are remarkably good. This is a double album that covers a wide range of
sounds and styles, so I will probably do a couple of more clips.
I only have a tape of this, but, if anyone ever sees a vinyl copy - I MUST
HAVE IT!

Decent all-instrumental fusion music that draws influence from many of the top
fusion artists of the time. The bass player is quite enamored with Stanley Clarke.
Other obvious influences include the Dixie Dregs and Allan Holdsworth. Even
though the style they play in is not entirely their own, they do a damn good
job at it, and play some great fusion.

This is basically a completely different group from the earlier 60's
psychedelic pop. There is a strong Yes Album influence is some of the songs,
but, still with an element of Brazilian music. This album and
_Tudo Foi Feito Pelo Sol_ are there prog albums, and quite excellent.
