"Cast is a symphonic band from Mexicali, Mexico who
also host the annual Baja Prog festival. Apparently
they have existed for a while, but only started
putting out cds in the last 5 years or so. Now they
are quite prolific. Here is a nice instrumental from
their latest." - Alan Mallery

"Another year goes by and we get another double cd
from The Flower Kings ;-). The first disc is largely
taken up by the 18 part "Garden of Dreams" which this
clip is two parts of. It's an excellent track and one
of their best works. On the other hand, the 2nd disc
is mostly unspectacular except for one track. It's
still worth it for disc one, but they could edit
themselves a little better." - Alan Mallery

"Dunwich is at Italian group comprised of three core
members who utilize a number of guest musicians to
create a large atmospheric sound. As their name
indicated, they are influenced by the writings of
Lovecraft. This is their third album, and has more of
a guitar presence than previous releases. The booklet
says this song is about a 'French legend on the
"Vessel of the Witches"'. " - Alan Mallery

"The Beard's latest release pretty much carries on the
style of their previous discs. On this song they do
their Gentle Giant thing." - Alan Mallery

"This album is a collection of unreleased tunes from
IQ. This track was originally recorded for a fan club
single in 1984, and this is a new recording. I find
it particularly haunting." - Alan Mallery

"Lemur Voice is a prog-metal band from The Netherlands
whose first disc "Insights" was released by Magna
Carta in 1996. Their second album is slightly heavier
and more experimental, but still has some of the
melodicism of their 1st. This is the title track,
they also do an interesting cover of the Michael
Jackson tune "Beat It" (no joke). " - Alan Mallery
